About the role

  • Define and execute the LATAM IT&D roadmap in alignment with global priorities and local market requirements
  • Collaborate with regional leadership teams to identify opportunities where technology and digital solutions can accelerate business performance
  • Drive adoption of advanced analytics, automation, and digital platforms to enhance consumer engagement and operational efficiency
  • Ensure IT governance, cybersecurity, and data privacy standards are upheld across all LATAM operations
  • Oversee IT service delivery, infrastructure, and application management, ensuring reliability and scalability
  • Build and mentor a high-performing IT&D team, fostering a culture of innovation, agility, and continuous learning
  • Manage key technology partners and vendors, ensuring value creation and alignment with business objectives
  • Lead organizational change initiatives to embed digital-first ways of working across LATAM

Requirements

  • Proven track record in IT&D leadership roles within multinational organizations, preferably in FMCG or consumer health industries
  • Strong experience in digital transformation, enterprise systems, and data-driven decision-making
  • Deep understanding of LATAM markets, with ability to adapt global strategies to local realities
  • Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and manage cross-functional teams
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Portuguese; Spanish is a plus
  • Strong project management and vendor negotiation capabilities
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, matrixed environment
  • Preferred Certifications: ITIL or COBIT (IT governance and service management), PMP or PRINCE2 (project management)
