About the role
- Develop the channel strategy from brand strategy, manages distribution priorities and placement as well as pricing and promotional strategy
- Help us make the right long term business decisions
- Build channel and customer strategy based on shopper insights
- Paint a picture of what success looks like for each customer in grocery channel
- Provide in store data for all the categories
- Create a synergic flow between Key Account/NAM and outsourced sell-out team helping them with specific yearly plans for customer when in store action is needed
- Create a synergic flow between NAM and Key Account, working side by side in the forecast process
- Tracking the compliance of sales execution to the Category and Brand guidelines and activate recovery plans
Requirements
- Bachelor / Master's degree in Economics, Business Administration or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years of experience in FMCG or relevant experience in Trade Marketing and Sales/Key Account Mgmt
- Fluency in English and Italian
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
