About the role

  • Develop the channel strategy from brand strategy, manages distribution priorities and placement as well as pricing and promotional strategy
  • Help us make the right long term business decisions
  • Build channel and customer strategy based on shopper insights
  • Paint a picture of what success looks like for each customer in grocery channel
  • Provide in store data for all the categories
  • Create a synergic flow between Key Account/NAM and outsourced sell-out team helping them with specific yearly plans for customer when in store action is needed
  • Create a synergic flow between NAM and Key Account, working side by side in the forecast process
  • Tracking the compliance of sales execution to the Category and Brand guidelines and activate recovery plans

Requirements

  • Bachelor / Master's degree in Economics, Business Administration or equivalent
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in FMCG or relevant experience in Trade Marketing and Sales/Key Account Mgmt
  • Fluency in English and Italian
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
