About the role

  • Perform testing and analysis on raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods using validated methods
  • Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot ICPMS instrument to ensure accurate and reliable results
  • Analyze test data, document findings, and generate detailed quality reports
  • Support investigations of out-of-specification and out-of-trend results and contribute to root cause analysis
  • Identify and resolve quality issues, working with cross-functional teams to implement corrective actions
  • Ensure compliance with GMP, FDA, and regulatory standards by following SOPs and QC procedures
  • Participate in method transfers, method validation, and process improvements to enhance QC efficiency
  • Train and mentor new analysts on QC procedures, equipment operation, and data analysis.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biology, or a related scientific field
  • 2+ years of experience in quality control or quality assurance in a regulated environment
  • Practical, hands-on experience with ICP-MS is required; experience with HPLC or GC is considered an advantage
  • Familiarity with analytical techniques, method validation, and troubleshooting
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements such as GMP, FDA, EP, and USP guidelines
  • Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while maintaining accuracy and compliance.
