About the role

  • Ensure timely product receiving operations
  • Ensure that inventory products are managed, picked, loaded and shipped in accordance with operational objectives
  • Generating UIT codes for trucks loaded from the factories
  • Prepare logistics reports
  • Complete logistics data file for IKA customers
  • Informs internal customers about upcoming 3PL shipments
  • Communicates to customer service the availability of 3PL products
  • Resolves issues related to: carrier reservations, unloads, changes or updates to data logistics
  • Creates BOM in PIS
  • Tests new decorations, price negotiation with 3PL, pallet testing
  • DDN analysis support
  • Continuously checks the stock of promotional materials and productions
  • Prepares customized reports and analyses upon special request, only with the approval of the direct manager
  • Complete and update 3PL data with new embellishment codes and their logistics
  • Establish production plans for the next week and send files to FM Logistic
  • Validate freight invoices

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics or a related subject
  • 2 years’ experience in a similar position in a fast-paced environment
  • Understanding and use of procurement skills for negotiation
  • Knowledge of transportation and custom regulations
  • Experience in data analysis and reporting
  • Experience or understanding of supply chain best practices (e.g.: Kanban, Just in Time, Kaizen)
  • Fluent English and Romanian
