About the role

  • Manage local 3PLs and consignment distributors (service levels, terms, performance control)
  • Manage local Co-Packers across all business aspects (financials, planning, quality, procurement, and more)
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, Co-Packers, and logistics partners to maximize results
  • Lead the logistics team; provide direction, coaching, and performance management
  • Ensure on‑time delivery with required quality at optimal cost
  • Manage multiple logistics and embellishment suppliers
  • Oversee stock reconciliation across sites and systems
  • Lead inventory counts and variance resolution
  • Own the budget: plan, monitor, control, and drive continuous improvement
  • Lead savings and efficiency projects
  • Ensure compliance with global guidelines (inventory controls, scrapping, reconciliations, documentation)
  • Develop, implement, and sustain processes that improve efficiency and accuracy and reduce workload (including automation where applicable)
  • Play a key role in cross‑departmental processes and projects

Requirements

  • University degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Supply Chain, Accounting, or a related field
  • Proven managerial experience in logistics/operations
  • Excellent command of English (spoken and written)
  • Advanced computer skills, including MS Office (strong Excel)
  • SAP experience — an advantage
