About the role
- Act as subject‑matter expert on reward for France and Western Europe
- Lead the profit sharing cycle in France, including annual negotiations and program redesign
- Lead the Annual Pay Review for France
- Review and analyze market data, salary structures and benchmarking
- Provide expert guidance on French tax and social security implications
- Manage and support international mobility cases
- Collaborate with Payroll & HR Operations to ensure accurate execution of reward processes
- Participate in Work Council meetings
- Support design and delivery of regional reward projects
- Ensure local adoption of global reward programs
- Provide guidance to HRBPs, TA and Finance on reward matters
- Operate with autonomy, proposing improvements
Requirements
- 5–10+ years of experience in Reward / C&B
- Previous exposure to the French reward environment (tax, social security, statutory requirements, Work Council interaction)
- Experience leading profit-sharing processes and annual compensation review cycles
- Experience in matrix, international organisations; FMCG preferred
- Comfortable working hands-on and independently, with strong analytical capabilities and judgement
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and drive process improvements
- Fluent French – C2
- Fluent English – C1
