About the role

  • Act as subject‑matter expert on reward for France and Western Europe
  • Lead the profit sharing cycle in France, including annual negotiations and program redesign
  • Lead the Annual Pay Review for France
  • Review and analyze market data, salary structures and benchmarking
  • Provide expert guidance on French tax and social security implications
  • Manage and support international mobility cases
  • Collaborate with Payroll & HR Operations to ensure accurate execution of reward processes
  • Participate in Work Council meetings
  • Support design and delivery of regional reward projects
  • Ensure local adoption of global reward programs
  • Provide guidance to HRBPs, TA and Finance on reward matters
  • Operate with autonomy, proposing improvements

Requirements

  • 5–10+ years of experience in Reward / C&B
  • Previous exposure to the French reward environment (tax, social security, statutory requirements, Work Council interaction)
  • Experience leading profit-sharing processes and annual compensation review cycles
  • Experience in matrix, international organisations; FMCG preferred
  • Comfortable working hands-on and independently, with strong analytical capabilities and judgement
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and drive process improvements
  • Fluent French – C2
  • Fluent English – C1
