About the role
- Drive internal reporting systems and find solutions to key issues in the field sales team
- Responsible for systems administration of field team CRM (Newspage)
- Production of Sales Management reporting (standardised reports daily, weekly, monthly)
- Development of Field Sales materials such as WIP Notes, Deal Sheets and Market Data
- Identify key insights and leverage action into the sales team
- Support Field Sales team in creating customer presentations and meeting requirements
- Manage Reckitt Connect and Pharmacy Support emails & phone calls
- Managing budgets and PO invoicing
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or experience deemed equivalent
- Sales & Field Management experience with a blue-chip, fast-moving consumer goods or Healthcare company
- Approx 2-4 years proven track record / sales experience with key local retailers
