About the role

  • Drive internal reporting systems and find solutions to key issues in the field sales team
  • Responsible for systems administration of field team CRM (Newspage)
  • Production of Sales Management reporting (standardised reports daily, weekly, monthly)
  • Development of Field Sales materials such as WIP Notes, Deal Sheets and Market Data
  • Identify key insights and leverage action into the sales team
  • Support Field Sales team in creating customer presentations and meeting requirements
  • Manage Reckitt Connect and Pharmacy Support emails & phone calls
  • Managing budgets and PO invoicing

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or experience deemed equivalent
  • Sales & Field Management experience with a blue-chip, fast-moving consumer goods or Healthcare company
  • Approx 2-4 years proven track record / sales experience with key local retailers
