About the role

  • Execute create&changes to SAP master data (e.g. customer masterdata, customer hierarchy creation&update, Vendor masterdata, Pricing Setups) as approved by the business, Keeping business updated
  • Good knowledge on Vendor (Supplier) and Customer enrichments steps
  • Ensure data quality, compliance and consistency of master data across business systems
  • Support the business with required procedures, submit incidents and change requests when needed
  • Assist business process experts in defining standard operating procedures, process flows and related documentation.
  • Coordinate customer and vendor master data setup, validations and periodic maintenance
  • Perform mass updates on master data changes
  • Work with business units and process experts to resolve master data issues
  • Participate in projects and initiatives across multiple functional areas and regions
  • Ensure alignment with global and regional Reckitt standards and services provided to the business
  • Keep the SAP data clean always
  • Development and delivery of training material to end users on data standards, giving training to new joiners

Requirements

  • Background in data science, with a keen ability to source and interpret data.
  • Proven track record in managing complex IT or cybersecurity projects.
  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity practises, including firewalls, intrusion systems, and security event management.
  • Excellent communicator, capable of engaging diverse stakeholder groups and articulating technical risks to non-technical audiences.
  • A proactive approach to personal development, staying informed about the latest industry trends and technologies.
  • Solid foundation in analytics, data governance, and establishing digital strategies within an organisation.
