About the role

  • Support Order-to-Cash (OTC) activities across supported markets
  • Review and support in the posting of complex OTC-related accounting entries
  • Perform and review reconciliations related to disputes, deductions, trade spend, and returns balances
  • Support resolution of complex disputes and deductions by analyzing root causes
  • Review work performed by OTC Analysts to ensure accuracy
  • Support preparation and review of OTC reporting and analytics
  • Coordinate with Sales, Customer Service, Finance, and Controllership
  • Identify risks or data quality issues and escalate them to the OTC Manager
  • Support standardisation, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements

  • Experience in Order-to-Cash, accounting, or related finance operations
  • Strong understanding of OTC processes, including disputes, deductions, trade spend accounting, returns-related accruals, and reconciliations
  • Experience working in a shared services or process-driven environment preferred
  • Proficiency with ERP systems (SAP preferred) and Excel
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to apply judgment within defined processes
  • Fluent English is a must & knowledge of other European language would be a big advantage (especially French, Spanish, Portuguese, Romanian, Hungarian, Italian, Dutch)
