About the role

  • As the Emerging Markets Tax Compliance and Reporting Lead, you will be responsible for managing tax compliance and reporting across our Emerging Markets region, ensuring compliance with countries tax laws.
  • Responsible for working with the Tax outsource provider and managing Tax audits within our Emerging Markets region, ensuring all company processes are followed.
  • The role will be responsible for ensuring a high standard of service delivery in line with agreed timelines.
  • You will be responsible for motivating and managing Reckitt stakeholders in the provision of accurate and timely information.
  • You will work closely with the Tax Business Partners to understand their requirements and will ensure that all company policies are adhered to.
  • This role demands regional tax knowledge and the ability to lead initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and financial integrity.

Requirements

  • 7+ years relevant Tax compliance experience preferable
  • Recognised tax/accounting qualification e.g. CTA
  • Strong numerical, analytical and problem solving skills
  • Proven ability to oversee and manage people in a Compliance environment
  • Excellent communication skills at all levels including a wide range of stakeholders
  • Problem solves within tight deadlines
  • Knowledge and ability to use relevant internal systems
  • Strong influencing skills and well-developed leadership qualities
  • Highly organised, diligent with attention to detail and the ability to maintain these skills whilst working under pressure
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Advanced skills in Excel, Word and Outlook are essential
  • Experience with Microsoft Power Platform/Co-Pilot technology and workflow management solutions is desirable
  • Compliance orientated, auditing and risk management experience
  • People management experience
  • Proven ability to work to on projects / lead projects driving change and delivering to stringent deadline
  • Fluent professional English language requirement.
