About the role

  • Execute month-end close activities, including journal entries and account reconciliations
  • Ensure compliance with global accounting policies and internal controls
  • Prepare and review financial statements and supporting schedules
  • Investigate and resolve discrepancies in RTR processes
  • Collaborate with regional finance teams to ensure accurate reporting
  • Support audits by providing documentation and explanations
  • Contribute to process improvement and automation initiatives
  • Maintain audit-ready documentation for all RTR activities

Requirements

  • 0–3 years of experience in accounting, finance, or RTR processes (shared services/global exposure preferred)
  • Knowledge of financial reporting, journal processing, and reconciliations
  • Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP preferred) and strong Excel skills
  • Understanding of internal controls and compliance requirements
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment
  • Strong communication skills for collaboration and reporting
