About the role
- Responsible for the achievement of financial and market share targets for a brand or group of brands in the market.
- Work across functions including Area, supply, sales and finance to develop and execute successful commercial plans in order to deliver financial and share plans and targets.
- Manage initiative development and activation of any local brands in the portfolio including development of new products, consumer and shopper communications.
- Follow the market dynamics and competition with research reports and prepare analysis based on data.
- Develop recommendations and action plans accordingly.
- Generate and propose business development initiatives (BDIs) for the brand(s) based on consumer, shopper and market understanding.
- Work with Trade Marketing Team as required in the implementation of the store-format activation plans or optimize product assortment and promotional strategy.
- Responsible for the development of Assistant Brand Manager.
- Work with Sales Team to create customer presentations and meet customer requirements.
- Devise short- & long-term brand strategy in response to market facts and in line with global brand positioning.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, Industrial Engineering
- Minimum 4-5 years brand management experience gained in FMCG or consumer health sectors
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken
- No restriction to travel
