About the role
- Responsible for the achievement of financial and market share targets for a brand or group of brands in the market
- Work across functions including Area, supply, sales and finance to develop and execute successful commercial plans
- Manage initiative development and activation of any local brands in the portfolio
- Follow the market dynamics and competition with research reports and prepare analysis based on data
- Develop recommendations and action plans accordingly
- Generate and propose business development initiatives (BDIs) based on consumer, shopper and market understanding
- Work with Trade Marketing Team in the implementation of the store-format activation plans
- Responsible for the development of Management Trainee
- Work with Sales Team to create customer presentations
Requirements
- Bachelor’s/master’s degree in business administration, Economics, Marketing, Industrial Engineering
- Minimum 4-5 years brand management experience gained in FMCG
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken
