About the role

  • Responsible for the achievement of financial and market share targets for a brand or group of brands in the market
  • Work across functions including Area, supply, sales and finance to develop and execute successful commercial plans
  • Manage initiative development and activation of any local brands in the portfolio
  • Follow the market dynamics and competition with research reports and prepare analysis based on data
  • Develop recommendations and action plans accordingly
  • Generate and propose business development initiatives (BDIs) based on consumer, shopper and market understanding
  • Work with Trade Marketing Team in the implementation of the store-format activation plans
  • Responsible for the development of Management Trainee
  • Work with Sales Team to create customer presentations

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s/master’s degree in business administration, Economics, Marketing, Industrial Engineering
  • Minimum 4-5 years brand management experience gained in FMCG
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken
