About the role

  • Develop and implement internal communication plans aligned with the company’s strategic priorities.
  • Analyze business needs and propose solutions that drive engagement, understanding, and organizational alignment.
  • Prepare diagnostics, surveys, and performance reports for communication actions and channels.
  • Manage and improve internal channels (intranet, newsletters, email, corporate TV, etc.).
  • Monitor engagement and performance metrics to guide continuous improvements.
  • Ensure governance, consistent language, and a positive employee experience across all content.
  • Produce, edit, and review content for different formats and platforms.
  • Support leadership with key messages, speeches, announcements, and strategic presentations.
  • Create narratives aligned with organizational culture, values, and institutional positioning.
  • Lead medium- and large-scale internal campaigns (culture, D&I, transformation, safety, HR, global programs, etc.).
  • Co-create engagement initiatives with partner areas.
  • Coordinate vendors, audiovisual productions, designers, and internal events initiatives.
  • Develop and support communication plans for organizational changes, transitions, restructurings, and other sensitive communications.
  • Act as a consultative partner to leadership in these situations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in communications, Journalism, Public Relations, Advertising, or related fields
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in corporate communications
  • Experience managing channels, campaigns, engagement projects, and leadership communication
  • Experience with organizational culture and communication change is a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in internal communication strategies and tools.
  • Knowledge of graphic design editing using programs such as Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
  • Knowledge of video editing programs is desirable.
  • Ability to translate complex topics into clear and accessible messages.
  • Advanced English B, Basic Portuguese are desirable.
