About the role

  • Support the execution of Order-to-Cash (OTC) operational activities across supported markets
  • Perform transactional and operational OTC activities in ERP systems in line with defined procedures and controls
  • Support data validation, reconciliations, and documentation to ensure data accuracy and completeness
  • Assist with preparation of standard OTC reports and operational metrics
  • Maintain accurate records and supporting documentation for audit and compliance purposes
  • Identify issues or exceptions and escalate them to Analysts or Senior Analysts as appropriate

Requirements

  • 0–2 years of experience in finance operations, shared services, or Order-to-Cash roles
  • Familiarity with OTC operational processes such as cash application, collections support, disputes, or reporting is an advantage
  • Experience working with ERP systems and Excel preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately with data
  • Willingness to learn and operate within structured processes
