About the role
- Partner with management and functional heads to identify key talent, implement succession planning, and create career development opportunities, including cross-functional and international moves.
- Lead performance evaluation processes (PDR), ensure timely execution of development/improvement plans, and design training strategies aligned with company vision.
- Embed company vision and values through programs and events, design effective organizational processes, and support management in making sound people and process decisions.
- Provide clear, consistent communication on policies, procedures, and company direction.
- Act as employee advocate, offering advice on policies and personnel matters.
Requirements
- Bachelor degree (either majored in Business Administration, Economic, Social Science, Psychology or Law)
- At least 3 years of experience in HR Professional in a multinational company with well-established HR departments and practices and/or in international HR consulting firm
- Proficient communication in English and Thai for presentation level
- Willing to work on a contract.
