About the role
- Acts as a strategic partner to the Sales teams, ensuring financial integrity, accurate reporting, and insightful analysis to drive profitable growth
- Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial planning processes for Sales and Trade Investment budgets
- Monitor and control trade spend, promotional investments, and discounts
- Prepare and review P&L statements for Sales channels
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain teams
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (CPA/CIMA preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in Finance, preferably in Sales Finance or Commercial Finance roles
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and financial modeling
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle Fusion) and BI tools
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Knowledge of trade investment processes and FMCG industry is a plus
