About the role

  • Lead the local S&OP process for all Action brands across Germany, Belgium, Netherlands, and France
  • Own the country-level forecast, manage inventory targets, and drive KPI performance for forecast accuracy and stock levels
  • Coordinate supply planning, overseeing factory production schedules, and mitigate risks
  • Represent Action in central planning meetings
  • Collaborate with logistics and customer supply chain teams to optimize processes and implement continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements

  • Min. 2 years of experience preferably in an FMCG environment
  • Experience of statistical/data analysis/forecasting techniques
  • Ability to handle competing priorities and tasks, remain organized and meet deadlines
  • Ability to define problem, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions
  • Excellent project management skills and ability to work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced and collaborative environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills, ability to communicate and influence internally across multiple departments and levels, and to work effectively as part of a team or on own initiative
  • Knowledge of SAP or Kinaxis - Rapid Response or other software related to demand planning & S&OP in a big plus!
  • Strong working knowledge of Excel
  • Fluent in English
