About the role
- Lead Supply Finance planning, forecasting, and business partnering for Canada
- Drive margin performance through analytics, portfolio mix reviews, and operational actions
- Manage supply cost plans, KPI reviews, and spend optimization initiatives
- Partner with Supply leadership on strategic priorities and cost productivity projects
- Ensure robust financial reporting, systems, and processes to simplify and support business needs
Requirements
- Professional Finance certifications (CA, CPA, CMA, MBA)
- 5–7 years post-qualification experience
- Highly preferred: Commercial Finance or FP&A experience in CPG industry
- Strong commercial acumen, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Experienced in partnering with executive leadership
- Holistic P&L understanding and strategic thinking
