About the role
- Manage the end-to-end coordination of the vendor billing process from collecting estimates to ensure final payment to the vendor in compliance with Reckitt's SOP and timelines.
- Quotation Collection.
- Creating Work Order & PO (with approvals).
- Bill Checking (with approvals).
- VAT Assessment (rebate/non-rebate).
- Submit Verified Bills to the Finance team for Payment Processing as per Reckitt SOP timeline.
- Ensure Payment in accordance with Reckitt's payment term.
- Share the Payment Proof to the Vendors.
- Manage and maintain Marketing departmental documents.
- Proper documentation of each step and strong tracking skills to monitor progress and compliance.
Requirements
- Currently Enrolled in any Undergraduate/ Postgraduate program in university.
- Completed all course works for degree requirement, except for the mandatory internship.
- Basic understanding of diverse marketing concepts and practices.
- Awareness of key financial metrics related to brand health.
- Knowledge of good documentation practice.
- Effective communication and presentation abilities.
