About the role
- Responsible for providing dedicated support in ensuring customer orders are filled in full and delivered on time
- Manage the end-to-end process of order fulfillment from receipt to delivery
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with service levels
- Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy and completeness of order fulfillment activities
- Utilize data analysis to identify trends and areas for improvement in the order fulfillment process
- Continuously evaluate and streamline order processing workflows to enhance efficiency.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
- Solid experience in experience in Supply Chain management & Customer Service
- Advanced level of English
- SAP/ERP
- Excel Upper Intermediate
