About the role
- Responsible for providing dedicated support in ensuring customer orders are filled in full and delivered on time
- Manage the end-to-end process of order fulfillment from receipt to delivery
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders, including planning, logistics, and sales teams, to ensure compliance with client service level
- Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy and completeness of order fulfillment activities
- Utilize data analysis to identify trends and areas for improvement in the order fulfillment process
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience in Supply Chain (logistics, procurement, CS, planning)
- Advanced level of English
- SAP/ERP desirable
- Excel Intermediate (pivot tables)
