About the role
- Be the Regulatory Advocacy lead on API legislation and scrutiny globally
- Provide Management leadership for Regulatory Intelligence (RI)
- Develop EH position and external advocacy strategy by anticipating and responding to new/revised legislation proposals
- Evaluate the potential impact on EH products, working closely with RAS Category Leads and x-functional partners
- Help x-functional teams with scenario planning to aid choice of APIs and route-to-market strategies
- Represent EH in industry associations and provide necessary expertise
- Lead cross-functional, cross-BU Advocacy Task Forces
- Provide end to end project leadership for monitoring and implementing external regulatory changes
Requirements
- Educated to honours degree level in a scientific field or equivalent experience
- Minimum 10 years of regulatory experience
- Solid track record of Regulatory Affairs experience with strategic and operational regulatory experience
- Strong skillsets and experience in project management are highly desirable
- Able to manage multiple activities simultaneously whilst maintaining good quality of work and achieve deadlines
- Good attention to detail, with excellent written and oral communication skills and the ability to digest and translate regulatory/technical requirements for the business.
