About the role
- Lead and manage projects from initiation to completion.
- Develop comprehensive project plans and communication documents.
- Communicate project expectations clearly and effectively to team members and stakeholders.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (R&D, Quality, Procurement, Manufacturing, Marketing) for smooth execution.
- Set and manage project expectations, timelines, and deliverables.
- Delegate tasks and monitor progress.
- Identify and resolve project issues and conflicts.
- Track dependencies and critical paths to ensure timely delivery.
- Prepare and present progress reports, proposals, and documentation.
- Proactively manage scope changes and devise contingency plans.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Sciences or related fields.
- Proven project management experience (preferably in FMCG).
- Experience in multi-functional and multinational project environments.
- Strong communication skills across all organizational levels.
- Excellent written and verbal English proficiency.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and negotiation skills.
- Ability to coach and train stakeholders effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (including MS Project).
- SAP knowledge/experience is an advantage.
