About the role
- Own the internal communications plan for EUANZ
- Partner with the wider Communications team to understand our shared business priorities to ensure we’re aligned, but with our own clear ambition
- Coach and mentor the communications champions from across the Regions
- Continuously work to ensure we’re bringing the right content, across the right channels, to the EUANZ team, horizon-scanning on new tools and engagement opportunities.
Requirements
- 7+ years communications experience across internal and/or external
- Experience managing diverse stakeholders, including senior leaders
- Strong attention to detail and delivery
- Experience working with partners and across a comms network.
- Self-starter with high drive to deliver positive outcomes and enhance culture
- Creative thinker with strong attention to detail
- Ability to operate within a fast-paced, highly matrixed organisation
- Multi-tasking across numerous ongoing projects
- Confidence to operate within a leadership team and counsel / guide on communications
- Calm and considered at times of high pressure
- Ability to manage high levels of ambiguity and change.
