About the role

  • Own the internal communications plan for EUANZ
  • Partner with the wider Communications team to understand our shared business priorities to ensure we’re aligned, but with our own clear ambition
  • Coach and mentor the communications champions from across the Regions
  • Continuously work to ensure we’re bringing the right content, across the right channels, to the EUANZ team, horizon-scanning on new tools and engagement opportunities.

Requirements

  • 7+ years communications experience across internal and/or external
  • Experience managing diverse stakeholders, including senior leaders
  • Strong attention to detail and delivery
  • Experience working with partners and across a comms network.
  • Self-starter with high drive to deliver positive outcomes and enhance culture
  • Creative thinker with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to operate within a fast-paced, highly matrixed organisation
  • Multi-tasking across numerous ongoing projects
  • Confidence to operate within a leadership team and counsel / guide on communications
  • Calm and considered at times of high pressure
  • Ability to manage high levels of ambiguity and change.
