About the role
- Coordinate with sales, marketing teams to ensure consistent brand presence and alignment with commercial priorities and strategies.
- Track record of implementing sales strategies and manage reporting requirements related to trade performance.
- Manage in-store visibility, POS materials, trade tools, and customer activation plans.
- Lead trade projects and support store visits, promotional events, and placement initiatives.
- Open to attending conferences and visits as per business needs.
Requirements
- Demonstrated leadership in steering a team of channel and account managers.
- Proven ability to develop strong partnerships across various sales channels.
- Expertise in trade marketing and digital engagement with healthcare professionals.
- Solid background in customer and channel strategy, alongside sales negotiation skills.
- Track record of implementing sales strategies and optimising eCommerce platforms.
- Strong relationship-building skills with external stakeholders.
- Knowledge of Nielsen or IQVIA data.
