About the role
- Responsible leadership and coordination of key projects from concept through implementation, in accordance with company standards
- Responsible for on-time, on-quality and on-budget delivery of projects
- Key interface to our clients within the project environment
- Accountable project management in compliance with global project management systems
- Project portfolio management and alignment of priorities within the Site Leadership Team
- Interface with commercial functions for the preparation of proposals
- Collaboration with global MSaT (Manufacturing Science & Technology) and project management, quality and commercial functions, as well as local manufacturing and quality units
Requirements
- Degree in a STEM-related field (Mathematics, Computer Science, Natural Sciences or Engineering) or equivalent qualification
- Experience leading projects within a matrix organization
- Analytical and structured approach with initiative, self-motivation and own strategic orientation
- Advanced IT skills (Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office)
- Knowledge of pharma-specific requirements and processes, particularly GMP knowledge (regulatory requirements, manufacturing processes, GMP compliance) is an advantage
- Fluent German and English
