Support Engineer

• Working directly with customer to independently triage, troubleshoot, and resolve support tickets and using all resources available.
• Actively manage support tickets and provide status updates to customers to ensure response times are met.
• Provide stellar customer service through multiple customer engagement channels (email, chat, forums, calls).
• Answer internal technical questions from the Customer Success and Sales teams.
• Assist in the installation and configuration of new customers.

• Collaborate with product lines to design, plan, and support campaigns across multiple channels to generate pipeline, including paid media, social, and field marketing.

• About the Role: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive IT Systems Administrator to support our internal IT operations and employees. This role is critical to maintaining the health, security, and efficiency of our hybrid infrastructure and employee lifecycle processes. You'll administer our application and Office 365 infrastructure, and will work closely with our DevOps and Security teams to ensure seamless onboarding/offboarding, asset management, and first-line security triage.
