About the role
- Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities.
- Contact potential clients through cold calls and emails.
- Present our company to potential clients.
- Identify client needs and suggest appropriate products/services.
- Customize product solutions to increase customer satisfaction.
- Build long-term trusting relationships with clients.
- Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market.
- Report on (weekly/monthly/quarterly) sales results.
- Stay up-to-date with new products/services and new pricing/payment plans.
Requirements
- 0-1+ years of Channel Sales, Business Development, or Partner Management within the Shopify, or similar ecosystem.
- Sales and/or success experience in the E-commerce space.
- Ability to prospect and find key decision-makers.
- Strong demonstrable project management skills.
- Understanding of and ability to execute a SaaS sales model including post-sale support.
- A demonstrated skill with co-marketing or lead generation via content.
- Ability to work remotely effectively.
- Energized by building something new in a fast-paced, startup environment.
- Set and exceed ambitious targets including quotas with a growth mindset.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
