• Account Strategy & Portfolio Growth: Analyze sales performance and lead generation via our CRM to spot market trends, build demand forecasts, and optimize product positioning.
• Field Leadership & Coaching: Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing team of remote Field Marketing Associates. Establish visit cadences, optimize territory routes, and hold team members accountable to growth targets.
• In-Store Audit & Field Execution (75% Travel): Conduct store visits, audit marketing displays, and lead high-impact Product Knowledge (PK) training sessions for retail floor associates.
