About the role
- Execute outbound outreach via cold calling, cold email, and LinkedIn to generate interest.
- Research and identify prospects that fit our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) within the Food & Beverage, Spirits, Nutraceutical, and CPG sectors.
- Conduct initial discovery to ensure prospects have active label needs, the authority to make decisions, and an openness to evaluating new vendors.
- Directly book qualified meetings onto the internal sales calendar.
- Maintain meticulous notes and activity logs to ensure full pipeline visibility.
Requirements
- Proven ability to navigate and engage Procurement, Operations, Supply Chain, and Brand Managers.
- Experience in communicating a complex value proposition (international manufacturing, high-volume capacity) to Founders and SMB Owners.
- Ability to maintain a consultative, professional tone while avoiding "spammy" or high-risk outreach tactics.
- Capability to independently research and qualify prospects without constant supervision.
- Experience using CRM tools (preferably HubSpot) and lead sourcing platforms like ZoomInfo or Apollo.
- Understanding of CAN-SPAM and data privacy laws.
- Maintaining a steady flow of meetings rather than one-off spikes.
- Ensuring meetings meet all minimum qualification standards (authority, need, and timeline).
- Seeing a high percentage of booked meetings convert into real sales opportunities for the internal team.
