About the role
- Manage the end-to-end execution of B2B retail marketing programs, including launches, resets, and shop-in-shop rollouts.
- Develop and manage project timelines, ensuring alignment with Sales, Retail Marketing, Creative, Operations, and external vendors.
- Facilitate weekly/bi-weekly cross-functional status meetings and track action items through completion.
- Anticipate risks, escalate issues early, and drive resolutions to keep programs on track.
- Communicate updates and progress to key stakeholders regularly.
- Translate retailer-specific requirements into clear, deliverable, and repeatable project plans and timelines.
- Standardize workflows for retail programs—assets, approvals, production, shipment, installation, promotions.
- Drive continuous improvement to reduce bottlenecks, improve accuracy, and speed up execution.
- Manage and track budgeting, invoicing, for retail programs, shop-in-shop build, and adhere to budgetary constraints.
- Provide program reporting, including status updates, completion tracking, and post-launch follow-ups.
Requirements
- 3+ years of program/project management experience, ideally in retail marketing, consumer goods, automotive aftermarket, or B2B environments
- Strong project management skills with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong cross-functional coordination skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Detail-oriented with a process-driven mindset
- PMP certification preferred
