About the role

  • Own and deliver against an aggressive annual revenue target.
  • Lead enterprise-level sales efforts across aesthetics, beauty, wellness, and adjacent verticals.
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline with accurate forecasting and executive visibility.
  • Cultivate and expand relationships with senior brand leaders (CMOs, VPs, founders).
  • Structure multi-quarter, multi-platform partnership agreements.
  • Identify whitespace opportunities across RealSelf’s ecosystem (digital, newsletter, social, experiential etc.).
  • Partner with leadership to refine pricing, packaging, and sales narratives.
  • Identify new revenue streams and industry categories for expansion while being creative and tactical in your sales solutions and approach.
  • Work closely with Digital, Social & Events teams to ensure seamless execution.
  • Lead high-level RFP strategy and oversee complex custom proposals.
  • Represent RealSelf at industry events, conferences, and client meetings.

Requirements

  • You have a minimum of 7-10 years of full-cycle sales experience in media or a related industry.
  • You possess excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with a proven ability to close six and seven figure deals and renewals.
  • You are highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong time management and problem-solving abilities.
  • You have an entrepreneurial mindset with experience building or scaling revenue at a high-growth company.
  • You can prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment with a complex sales cycle.
  • Strong forecasting discipline and revenue accountability.
  • Deep network within aesthetics, beauty, wellness, or adjacent industries preferred.
  • You are NYC-based and able to work in our downtown office 2 days a week.
  • Experience with ad platforms and systems such as Google Analytics, Google Ad Manager, and Salesforce is a plus.
