About the role
- Keep CRM records up to date with strong data integrity
- Respond to customer inquiries about pricing, availability, orders, and invoice follow-ups
- Prepare quotes, help to manage orders, and assist with contract creation and management
- Coordinate calls, demos, follow-ups, and handoffs with Sales
- Maintain accurate customer and deal information in HubSpot
- Support lead nurturing, customer satisfaction, and re-engagement activities
- Assist with general sales admin tasks (files, reporting, communications, meeting attendance)
- Help identify process improvements to streamline sales workflows
Requirements
- Fluent Spanish & English (Portuguese a strong plus) written and verbal
- Customer service mindset with clear, professional communication (written and verbal)
- Strong organization, follow-through, and attention to detail
- Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot preferred but not required)
- Ability to work independently and collaborate across teams
