Performance Marketing

• Build and scale pipeline generation across the retail business
• Develop and execute integrated demand generation campaigns across independent retailers, SMB chains, and national retailers
• Plan and deliver webinars that educate prospects and generate qualified leads
• Plan and execute account-based marketing (ABM) programs targeting strategic accounts
• Identify and prioritize target accounts in partnership with Sales
• Build and manage multi-channel campaigns using email, webinars, digital marketing, partner marketing, events, LinkedIn, and outbound support
• Own campaign calendars and execution from planning through measurement
• Build and optimize marketing automation workflows, lead nurture programs, and campaign reporting
• Manage lead routing and campaign attribution within HubSpot
• Provide SDRs and Account Executives with campaign assets, outreach messaging, target account lists, and follow-up programs
• Coordinate marketing campaigns and SDR outreach
• Develop repeatable campaign playbooks to improve SDR productivity and meeting conversion
• Measure campaign effectiveness using MQLs, SQLs, pipeline creation, conversion rates, and influenced revenue
• Analyze campaign performance and recommend data-driven optimizations
• Incorporate feedback from SDRs, Sales, and customers to improve campaign effectiveness
• Manage marketing budgets to maximize pipeline generation and return on investment
