About the role

  • You take ownership of selling our innovative planning systems — from kitchen planning software to online configurators — to new and existing customers.
  • You conduct confident negotiations with decision-makers across customer segments — from independent retailers to large corporations.
  • Whether on-site with customers, at trade shows, or at industry conferences — you present our solutions in the best possible light.
  • You actively maintain and expand your network with industry partners, associations, and field sales teams.
  • You analyze business processes, advise on optimization, and support customers in digitizing their workflows.
  • You monitor market trends and competitors, provide input for marketing campaigns, and help implement them.

Requirements

  • You have several years of solid sales experience and demonstrate strong sales expertise.
  • You are IT-savvy, work independently, and have a strong customer focus.
  • Planning software is not new to you — ideally you also have experience in consulting or software commercialization.
  • You are an excellent communicator, highly organized, and able to convey messages convincingly.
  • Experience in related retail sectors is a significant advantage.
  • Proficient in MS Office and comfortable using digital tools.
  • English language skills are a plus.
