About the role
- Prospect and engage new enterprise accounts through strategic outbound efforts
- Research accounts and tailor outreach to specific industries, roles and business challenges
- Execute outreach across phone, email and LinkedIn to generate high-quality conversations
- Connect with C Suite leaders across CX, Operations, Strategy, and Marketing
- Maintain accurate pipeline and activity data in CRM tools
- Partner closely with Sales and Marketing to refine messaging and targeting
- Test, learn and improve outreach approaches over time
Requirements
- 2-5 years of experience in and outbound BDR/SDR or similar role
- Strong communication skills and the ability to engage confidently with senior stakeholders
- Comfortable with persistence, hunting, rejection, and self-directed work
- Organized, self-motivated, curious, and motivated to improve continuously
- Interest in customer experience, research, professional services and sports
- You're outgoing, hungry and enjoy winning.
