About the role

  • Prospect and engage new enterprise accounts through strategic outbound efforts
  • Research accounts and tailor outreach to specific industries, roles and business challenges
  • Execute outreach across phone, email and LinkedIn to generate high-quality conversations
  • Connect with C Suite leaders across CX, Operations, Strategy, and Marketing
  • Maintain accurate pipeline and activity data in CRM tools
  • Partner closely with Sales and Marketing to refine messaging and targeting
  • Test, learn and improve outreach approaches over time

Requirements

  • 2-5 years of experience in and outbound BDR/SDR or similar role
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to engage confidently with senior stakeholders
  • Comfortable with persistence, hunting, rejection, and self-directed work
  • Organized, self-motivated, curious, and motivated to improve continuously
  • Interest in customer experience, research, professional services and sports
  • You're outgoing, hungry and enjoy winning.
