About the role

  • Maintain and manage master data in our internal systems (including HRM and time tracking systems), including onboarding and offboarding
  • Regularly prepare and update analyses, reports and overviews
  • Create documents using templates (e.g., mail merges, certificates or references) as well as general correspondence
  • Prepare monthly payroll
  • Support HR projects, in particular digitalization
  • Work in a confidential and cooperative manner with the works council

Requirements

  • Successfully completed vocational training or equivalent qualification
  • Solid experience in the tasks listed above
  • Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel); ideally you have experience with Personio
  • Good legal knowledge (income tax, social security and employment law)
  • Ability to work independently, systematically and with a solution-oriented approach
  • Very good German and good English skills
