About the role
- Maintain and manage master data in our internal systems (including HRM and time tracking systems), including onboarding and offboarding
- Regularly prepare and update analyses, reports and overviews
- Create documents using templates (e.g., mail merges, certificates or references) as well as general correspondence
- Prepare monthly payroll
- Support HR projects, in particular digitalization
- Work in a confidential and cooperative manner with the works council
Requirements
- Successfully completed vocational training or equivalent qualification
- Solid experience in the tasks listed above
- Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel); ideally you have experience with Personio
- Good legal knowledge (income tax, social security and employment law)
- Ability to work independently, systematically and with a solution-oriented approach
- Very good German and good English skills
