Onboarding Specialist

• As the first partner our clients meet after signing on, you’ll guide them through the most critical stage of their Real Geeks journey.
• You won’t just help them “get set up.” You’ll own their path to success, designing and delivering an onboarding experience that builds confidence, momentum, and measurable business results.
• You’ll combine project management, product expertise, and coaching
• Deliver a confident, personable welcome and seamless handoff from Sales.
• Translate each client’s goals into a clear success roadmap with defined milestones.
• Drive implementation of all platform components, balancing speed with quality.
• Coach clients through CRM setup, lead engagement, and marketing best practices.
• Monitor progress and re-engage clients who fall behind on key onboarding tasks.
• Act as the main point of contact and trusted advisor during onboarding.
• Collaborate with MLS, Support, and Training teams to ensure a cohesive customer experience.
• Spot early signs of churn risk and apply proactive problem-solving.
• Document outcomes and insights to improve future onboarding strategies.

Customer Onboarding Specialist

Account Executive

• Handle inbound leads generated through various marketing channels, website inquiries, and phone calls.
• Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand the goals and requirements of potential customers.
• Effectively communicate the features, benefits, and value proposition of Real Geeks' products and services to potential customers.
• Recommend appropriate solutions tailored to the unique needs of each customer, emphasizing the benefits and ROI.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions with leads in the CRM system, ensuring timely follow-ups and nurturing of leads.
• Guide leads through the sales process, addressing any questions or concerns and overcoming objections to close deals.
• Work closely with the marketing team to provide feedback on lead quality and marketing campaigns' effectiveness.
• Ensure a smooth handoff of closed deals to the customer success team for onboarding and ongoing support.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales quotas and targets.
