About the role

  • Independently manage multiple clients' digital marketing strategies and serve as a professional liaison via email and verbal communication.
  • Optimize content and recommend changes to website architecture, formatting, and linking to improve organic traffic and lead generation.
  • Write and proofread compelling, high-quality content for real estate websites, blogs, and social media.
  • Actively participate in REW's AI initiative by using AI tools to assess and develop content, as well as identifying opportunities for internal efficiencies.
  • Oversee project teams and train colleagues on new SEO techniques.

Requirements

  • A Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Writing, or an equivalent combination of skills and experience.
  • Proficiency with Content Management Systems (CMS), HTML tags and tracking, and social media marketing.
  • Strong analytical skills with working knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other SEO tools.
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills, with a proven track record of published digital work.
  • A strong comfort level with AI technology and a genuine excitement for building and scaling AI-driven processes.
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strict deadlines and adjust thinking to meet changing job requirements.
