Communications

• Establish Real Chemistry’s narrative and build communications strategies to deliver on that narrative.
• Drive strategic and tactical media relations activities (e.g., press release development, media briefing documents, interview coordination)
• Discover and build relationships with new and evolving health care, business and innovation press and influencers
• Dive deep to capture storytelling opportunities across our business.
• Lead crisis communications plan management and ongoing response.
• Build POV and thought leadership for important issues.
• Routinely measure and report out to stakeholders regarding the impact of communications and use measurement to adjust and adopt strategies accordingly.
• Travel required as necessary.

• Track resource requests and allocations, ensuring RM tools are kept up to date
• Run resourcing meetings with department leads
• Partner with staffing leads to assign the right talent to the right work
• Monitor staffing data and recommend solutions that improve efficiency and utilization
• Identify when freelance talent may be required and support onboarding as needed
• Support team with monthly utilization and staffing reporting
• Collaborate cross-functionally with TA, Finance, Leadership to align hiring and resourcing with business needs
