About the role
- Develop holistic measurement strategies, translating business objectives into measurable goals and KPIs, with solutions on how to evaluate the healthcare marketing experience
- Lead reporting and analysis of program performance with a team of junior analysts to uncover actionable insights and create an easy-to-understand story on performance and optimizations for clients
- Manage client relationships and oversee the day-to-day management of client work. Partner with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategic vision for measurement to address client needs
- Manage a team, including building technical and soft skills as well as day-to-day administrative management duties
- Present findings in a professional manner to internal and external audiences
Requirements
- Outstanding digital marketing knowledge, with an understanding of integrated digital campaign strategy including paid media planning and buying
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think creatively and strategically to assess business results from healthcare marketing and communication tactics
- Proven capability in leading programs with demonstrable measurement outcomes and business ROI
- Familiarity with healthcare marketing and health specific datasets such as claims, specialty pharmacy, physician-level data (NPI), and/or Veeva (strongly preferred)
- Experience in data management platforms (e.g., Databricks) and business intelligence platforms (e.g., Tableau or PowerBI). Ability to write SQL data queries nice to have
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills that enable you to work directly with clients and cross-functional teams
