💰 $60,000 - $71,250 per year

About the role

  • Responsible for exceptional client service and account management activities for 3-4 accounts
  • Drive flawless and timely project execution and high-touch client communications
  • Participate in development of clients’ marketing strategies and tactics
  • Support overall account development, resourcing fiscal performance and growth
  • Support day-to-day client contact in executing ad hoc requests and delivering planned activities
  • Develop draft scope of works, contracts, presentations, creative briefs, and other communications
  • Ensure client feedback is gathered and addressed
  • Document status and communicate need-to-know information to project stakeholders
  • Set meetings, provide agendas and contact reports
  • Manage account finances, track budget, raise invoices and POs

Requirements

  • BA or equivalent work experience required
  • Highly organized with a mindfulness of deadlines
  • Independent thinker confident in taking ownership of assets and material development
  • Professional presence and urgency with a client service orientation
  • High energy, able to effectively operate in fast-paced, growing and evolving environment
  • Good understanding of social media vehicles
  • Strong written and oral communication and presentation skills
  • Good management of Microsoft Office tools (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
  • Ability to mentor junior staff and communicate with managers about deadlines
  • Demonstrated experience with media monitoring, research, and limited supervision
