- Define and lead enterprise-level strategies that advance client objectives and position the organization as a market leader.
- Serve as a primary strategic partner to senior client stakeholders, influencing brand vision and long-term growth.
- Translate market trends, competitive intelligence, and performance analytics into forward-thinking strategies that deliver ROI and competitive advantage.
- Oversee integrated business planning, forecasting, and strategic alignment across multiple portfolios and senior stakeholders.
- Establish success metrics and champion continuous optimization through data-driven insights and best practices.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
- 15+ years of experience in healthcare marketing, agency leadership, or pharmaceutical/biotech industries.
- Proven track record in executive-level client leadership, strategic planning, and enterprise growth.
- Expertise in peer-to-peer education, omnichannel brand strategy, and regulatory compliance.
- Demonstrated success in leading large, cross-functional teams and managing complex, multi-million-dollar engagements.
- Exceptional executive communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
