About the role
- Own an entire product area end to end, from vision and roadmap to delivery and iteration
- Define and drive the long-term product priorities and strategy aligned with company objectives and market opportunity
- Partner deeply with research and engineering teams to design and prototype innovative AI driven capabilities
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer success to ensure strong product market fit and successful launches
- Define and prioritize features based on customer discovery, market demand, competitive landscape, and data
- Serve as a subject matter expert internally and externally, representing Reach with customers and partners
Requirements
- 4 + years of experience in product management, with strong exposure to B2B SaaS environments and ideally prior cybersecurity experience
- Ability to influence executives and align cross functional teams around a clear product vision
- Strong technical fluency in cybersecurity with the ability to collaborate credibly with engineers and researchers
- A track record of driving a product area from concept to launch with clear business outcomes
- Ability to thrive in environments where the roadmap is not handed to you, where strategy must be shaped in real time, and where impact is measured by outcomes, not process.
- Outstanding communication skills and the ability to build consensus across diverse stakeholders.
