• Own an entire product area end to end, from vision and roadmap to delivery and iteration
• Define and drive the long-term product priorities and strategy aligned with company objectives and market opportunity
• Partner deeply with research and engineering teams to design and prototype innovative AI driven capabilities
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer success to ensure strong product market fit and successful launches
• Define and prioritize features based on customer discovery, market demand, competitive landscape, and data
• Serve as a subject matter expert internally and externally, representing Reach with customers and partners
