About the role
- Own growth strategy across channels: content, events, paid, outbound, partnerships.
- Work closely with the Head of Commercial to define and refine ICPs, personas, and value propositions.
- Build and operate demand gen programs and marketing automation (nurtures, scoring, etc.).
- Partner tightly with Sales on funnel targets, SLAs and feedback loops.
- Identify, negotiate and manage strategic partnerships and integrations.
- Own website, collateral, case studies and thought leadership calendar.
- Track key funnel metrics and run experiments to improve conversion and CAC.
- Over time, hire and manage a small growth/marketing team and agencies.
Requirements
- Strong B2B growth / demand gen experience for technical or enterprise products.
- 7+ years of relevant marketing experience, senior enough to own marketing as a function but still hands-on.
- Proven track record in demand generation and growth marketing, with strong pipeline impact.
- Hands-on campaign execution across both organic and paid channels, with the ability to test, learn, and scale what works.
- Hands‑on with CRM and marketing automation tools; comfortable with attribution.
- Ability to write strong copy and produce simple creative assets, design-aware and resourceful.
- Analytical and experimental mindset: test-and-learn, data-driven, adaptable.
- Collaborative and commercially minded, comfortable cross-collaborating with SDRs, Sales, and Leadership.
- Background in B2B SaaS, AI, or life sciences is essential. Experience with partner/ecosystem strategies is a big plus.
