About the role

  • Manage and maintain relationships with customers utilising both virtual and F2F channels, ensuring their needs are met.
  • Identify customer needs and growth opportunities
  • Grow revenue through subscription and product upgrades, as well as maintaining retention.
  • Drive product and feature usage through quarterly business reviews
  • Maintain strong relationships with RCA team members and across the wider ResCom team including Specialist Sales, Customer Success, Customer Support and Sales Support.
  • Drive a strategic portfolio and territory plan
  • Maintain and grow depth of relationship with key customers and execute effective customer engagement programs.

Requirements

  • Someone with a proven track record of building meaningful connections to multiple stakeholders, both virtually and in person
  • Someone with strong communication skills
  • A ‘can do’ attitude
  • Someone who approaches tasks creatively – those who ‘think outside the box’
  • A ‘people person’ - relationships are the core of what we do. Customers should feel connected and supported
  • You will be a team player, no role is more important than the other in this role
  • Any experience in SaaS is desirable
  • Knowledge of commercial real estate and marketing methods highly desirable
  • Advertising and online experience highly desirable
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
  • Previous use of CRM systems (Salesforce)
  • Looks at tricky situations through a solutions-focused lens
  • Work productively in a fast paced and agile environment
