About the role
- Manage and maintain relationships with customers utilising both virtual and F2F channels, ensuring their needs are met.
- Identify customer needs and growth opportunities
- Grow revenue through subscription and product upgrades, as well as maintaining retention.
- Drive product and feature usage through quarterly business reviews
- Maintain strong relationships with RCA team members and across the wider ResCom team including Specialist Sales, Customer Success, Customer Support and Sales Support.
- Drive a strategic portfolio and territory plan
- Maintain and grow depth of relationship with key customers and execute effective customer engagement programs.
Requirements
- Someone with a proven track record of building meaningful connections to multiple stakeholders, both virtually and in person
- Someone with strong communication skills
- A ‘can do’ attitude
- Someone who approaches tasks creatively – those who ‘think outside the box’
- A ‘people person’ - relationships are the core of what we do. Customers should feel connected and supported
- You will be a team player, no role is more important than the other in this role
- Any experience in SaaS is desirable
- Knowledge of commercial real estate and marketing methods highly desirable
- Advertising and online experience highly desirable
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
- Previous use of CRM systems (Salesforce)
- Looks at tricky situations through a solutions-focused lens
- Work productively in a fast paced and agile environment
