Systems Engineer

• Support the ongoing operation and optimisation of Workday and connected people systems, with a focus on reliability, data quality and user experience
• Maintain configuration across relevant Workday modules (HCM, Advanced Compensation, Recruiting, Talent & Performance, Absence & Time Tracking), including tenant setup, business processes, security, integrations, reporting and mass data activities
• Support exploration and adoption of new platform capability, including AI-enabled features and other opportunities to improve how work gets done
• Work alongside our stakeholders to understand business needs, solve problems and deliver fit-for-purpose platform improvements
• Investigate issues, assess impacts and translate requirements into practical system changes, workarounds or recommendations
• Coordinate release activity, testing and deployment to ensure changes are implemented safely and effectively
• Manage requests and system incidents end to end, escalating where needed and keeping stakeholders informed
• Contribute to process simplification, automation and self-service improvements that reduce manual effort and improve employee and leader experience
• Represent the People Systems team on key projects for People & Culture

People Systems Analyst

Product Manager

• Own the product vision and strategy for self‑service data platform capabilities that enable data mesh at REA
• Lead continuous discovery with data producers, consumers, and platform users to deeply understand needs, constraints, and pain points
• Identify opportunities to improve usability, scalability, reliability, data quality, data health and adoption of the data platform
• Drive the end‑to‑end delivery of core data mesh enabling capabilities, from discovery through to launch and iteration
• Partner closely with data engineers, software engineers, and architects to shape solutions that are technically sound and product‑led
• Make informed build vs buy recommendations using industry research and internal context
• Ensure platform capabilities support key data mesh needs
• Own and maintain a clear, outcome‑driven product roadmap aligned to REA’s data and AI priorities
• Balance short‑term delivery with long‑term platform scalability and sustainability
• Partner with the Head of Data, Data Management, Architecture, and Data Business Partners to ensure platform capabilities align to the federated data operating model
• Work closely with product and technology leaders across the business to ensure platform solutions integrate seamlessly with existing systems
• Drive successful rollout and adoption of platform capabilities across data domains and with data product owners
• Define and track success measures such as usage, adoption, reliability, data quality and health indicators, time‑to‑value, and customer satisfaction

Senior Product Manager

Full-stack Engineer

• As a Software Engineer, you will help build and operate the shared backend services and integrations that underpin Financial Services consumer experiences.
• Design, build and maintain high-quality backend services, APIs, integrations and shared data capabilities.
• Contribute to technical delivery end to end, from discovery and solution design through build, release, monitoring and continuous improvement.
• Make pragmatic technical decisions across service, integration and data-flow concerns that balance customer value, maintainability, delivery pace, compliance and risk.
• Help establish strong engineering practices, healthy team ways of working and operational readiness in a new squad.
• Partner closely with product, design, analytics and engineering peers to shape simple, scalable solutions, especially where multiple channels or teams depend on the same core services.
• Contribute through code review, pairing, technical design, documentation and ownership of production outcomes, including incident response and follow-up improvements.

• Build, run, and evolve Mortgage Choice’s consumer digital experiences.
• Design, build and maintain high-quality software across websites, CMS-backed experiences, calculators, lead journeys and supporting services.
• Own technical delivery from discovery and solution design through build, release, monitoring and continuous improvement.
• Partner closely with product, design and engineering peers to shape simple, scalable solutions.
• Contribute to stronger engineering practices through code review, technical design, documentation and mentoring.
• Help the team modernise its architecture, tooling and ways of working over time.
