About the role

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for critical roles across EMEA and AMER/LATAM regions
  • Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent
  • Enhance our employer brand and position RE Partners as an employer of choice
  • Drive continuous improvement in our recruitment processes and outcomes
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for various tech and consulting roles
  • Collaborate with the Sourcing team to implement effective talent attraction strategies
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and align recruitment strategies
  • Ensure an outstanding candidate experience throughout the hiring process
  • Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future openings
  • Provide market insights on industry trends and competitive landscape
  • Maintain accurate data in the ATS and deliver regular recruitment metrics reports
  • Continuously assess and improve recruitment processes for enhanced efficiency

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in global talent acquisition, preferably in tech services or consulting
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Exceptional professional English language proficiency both written and verbal
  • Proficiency in ATS and sourcing tools, including LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Deep understanding of labor markets in EMEA, North America, and LATAM regions
  • Cultural competence and ability to adapt strategies to different regional contexts
  • Strong project management skills and ability to handle multiple priorities
  • Flexibility to work across different time zones
  • Advanced degree or relevant HR certifications (Bonus Points)
  • Experience with innovative sourcing techniques or AI-driven recruitment tools (Bonus Points)
  • Knowledge of multiple languages prevalent in EMEA or LATAM regions (Bonus Points)
